Henderson, Nevada's Little League team punched their ticket to the World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, with a dominant 6-3 victory over Utah in the championship game of the Mountain Regional on Tuesday, August 15, 2023.
The Henderson team's victory was highlighted by a remarkable no-hitter thrown by pitcher Gunnar Gaudin. Gaudin struck out 10 batters in a complete game performance, allowing only three walks.
Henderson's offense provided Gaudin with plenty of run support, scoring six runs on eight hits. Nolan Manahan led the way with two hits and two RBIs, while Dominic Laino and Gunner Talkington each added two hits.
